Kris Markovich was born in Atlanta, Georgia on October 9, 1972 .He is a professional skateboarder and an artist. He turned pro at 17.Known for his speed he is one of skateboardings innovators in taking street skating to the next level. He has been a part of many of the industries major brands and is known worldwide. He has toured with Tony Hawk, Bob Burnquist, Danny Way, Mike Vallely and Bam Margera,to name a few. He has appeared in several music videos, Viva La Bam and even an episode of Ace of Cakes.He also hosted a pilot on Fuel TV called Down Time in an episode featuring Mike Vallely.
He recently moved back to his home state of Georgia where he owns and runs his own skateboard brand, Given Skateboards, with his wife Amy. Kris currently does all the board graphics for Given .
