NFL analyst and former player Ron Jaworski has been announced as the keynote speaker for the TSNN Awards Education Conference that’s happening on October 28-30 in Atlantic City, New Jersey at the city convention center. Jaworski, nicknamed “Jaws”, will be talking on the 29th and giving his two cents on the current NFL season which is yet to start, and will also discuss business matters as he owns several companies in the Atlantic City area.
The Lackawanna, New York native was a three-sport athlete in his high school years and was even given a professional baseball offer which he turned down so that he could attend college at Youngstown State. He entered the 1973 NFL Draft where he was selected in the 2nd round as the 37th overall pick by the Los Angeles Rams. After three seasons with them, he went to the Philadelphia Eagles for nine years, followed by one more year with the Miami Dolphins and a brief stint with the Kansas City Chiefs before retiring in 1989 from the playing field. These days, 1980 NFC Player of the Year is a analyst for ESPN.
