NFL legend Joe Montana has been announced as the keynote speaker for the upcoming Trial Lawyer Awards & Recognition Luncheon that’s happening on Monday, February 6th in South Beach Florida. The former football star will be there to talk about some of his greatest accomplishments in professional sports and tell stories about the many difficulties that he had to overcome as well. Montana will also bring his lessons on teamwork and preparation to motivate his audience.
The New Eagle, Pennsylvania native expressed an interest in playing sports at a very young age, and his father ended up teaching him how to play football. However, it wasn’t until his junior year of high school that Montana made the first string squad of the football team which led him to be named an All-American player by Parade. He then went on to attend Notre Dame on a scholarship, and then entered the 1979 NFL Draft where he was selected by the San Francisco 49ers. Montana played for the Niners for thirteen years before going to the Kansas City Chiefs for a season prior to his retirement.
The four-time Super Bowl champion will be speaking at next year’s National Trial Lawyer Awards Luncheon that is happening in early 2017. It should be a great time, and filled with lots of information, football, and motivation.
