As the Big 3 of the Miami Heat make their rounds on Talk Shows and Late Night Television, it would not be complete without a visit to Oprah. Chris Bosh, LeBron James and Dwyane Wade all gathered around with Oprah to discuss the obstacles they faced when they initially lost in the NBA Finals in 2011 against the Dallas Mavericks. Each of the players openly expressed how they each find themselves in a dark place after that devastating loss.
As we all know, that darkness did not last very long as they all refocused and took the NBA by storm in the 2011-2012 season. The season proved to be the Miami Heat’s year as they had bench players come up huge in the critical games in the Championship. Mike Miller, Shane Battier and Mario Chalmers showed the world that they more than earned their spot on the Miami Heat Roster. As the NBA off-season sets in, you will still find Lebron James suiting up but not for the Miami Heat, but for the USA Basketball.
