Mr. Covington has nearly 30 years of experience in food retailing and wholesaling. He has held numerous leadership positions at some of the most widely recognized names in the industry. He served as a Member of the Executive Board of Royal Wessanen NV (Previously, Koninklijke Wessanen NV) from March 31, 2004 to April 2006, where he was responsibile for Royal Wessanen NV North American activities and also served as its Head of North American activities. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Americold Logistics, LLC from April 2001 to February 2004. Mr. Covington served as an Executive Vice President of Supervalu Inc., and President and Chief Operating Officer of the Distribution companies division from August 2000 to April 2001; President and Chief Operating Officer for Wholesale division of Richfood Holdings Inc., from September 1995 to August 2000; Before Houchens Industries, Inc., from June 1993 to October 1995 and Wetterau Inc. from 1979 to 1993. Mr. Covington served as an Executive Vice President of Richfood Holdings Inc., from January 1997 to November 1997 and President of Wholesale Operations since November 1997. He served as President of Richfood Inc., from May 1996 to December 1996, Chief Operating Officer from October 1995 to December 1996 and an Executive Vice President from October 1995 to May 1996. He has been a Director of Nash Finch Co. since May 2006. He serves as a Director of Trak Auto Corporation and Food Marketing Institute.
