Blair Decker, Founder and CEO of Profits and Strategic Thinking LLC.

I lived in many locations across the world Ohio, Germany, Alaska, Colorado, and Texas.

I love to snow ski (learned to ski in Alaska), scuba, trampoline, plus horseback riding, and may other outdoor adventures such as skydiving, whitewater rafting, etc.

When I was younger My friend was leaning to play the trumpet so I decided that would be cool to do as well. I ended up playing in both the concert and jazz band in High School and created a record album (yes a real record) and I also had opportunity to play to an audience of 7,700 people, the other cool fact was that our concert band was very well practiced and we went on to win State.

I was also part of the hockey team when I lived in Alaska, and was also varsity wrestler in high school for my junior and senior years. I'm a hands on guy and started to restore cars and put them in auto shows I won several trophies including outstanding 4X4 for my jeep in the Tri-State auto show. I have restored corvettes and old convertibles and event sold one of my old mustang convertables to the ex-mayor of Dallas (Jack Wilson Evans).

I graduated with a degree in Physics and went on to work in the semiconductors (computer chip mfg.) for over 17 years. I started off as an engineer and then moved into the role of manufacturing manager for Texas Instruments. I also worked for Toppan, a Japanese company for over 2 years and had the chance to understand their culture better. I then worked for ST Microelectronics for 7 years which is a French/Italian company. While at STMicroelectronics I was promoted to the position of TQM manager and given the task to go after and win the Malcolm Baldrige Nation Quality award which we won, and because of this had the chance to meet the President in person (Bill Clinton).

In 1995 I started to get into personal development and after 2 years of that I became a trainer for Anthony Robbins, and assisted him in many events over the years I have complete the Fire Walk experience 7 times, and 3 of these walks was the 45 foot fire walk. In fact I meet my partner Artemis while she assisting at one of these events in Hawaii back in 1998.

Over the years I have had several business that I started, from restoring cars for profit, to doing "make-readys" for real estate agents, and property owners, stock day trader. From these I learned a lot, but they did not give me leverage. In first part of 2002 I transitioned from working for someone else to working for myself when I came full time working with billion dollar Network Marketing Company. Since that time we have reach the top level of the company as Team Elites and have created a global team. Some of the skills that I to our business extend beyond the standard day to day building of the business, but also include areas like website creation.

I also edit video and audio, and have created audio products, and am considered the Go-To-Guy. These skils that I have developed allowed me to creating landing pages, lead capture pages, training and membership sites that allow explosive team growth.

Currently I am living in Dallas,, but also own a home, with 80 acres, in the mountains of Colorado that allows a great place to get away for a while.
