Mr. Bruce A. Carbonari has been the Chief Executive Officer of Fortune Brands Inc., a holding company of Beam Global Spirits & Wine, Inc. since January 1, 2008. Mr. Carbonari served as President of Fortune Brands Inc. from January 1, 2007 to September 2008 and Chief Operating Officer from January 1, 2007 to January 2008. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Fortune Brands Home & Security LLC (formerly Fortune Brands Home & Hardware LLC) since 2000. Mr. Carbonari began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He joined Stanadyne in January 1981 as group controller of the Automotive Group and served as its corporate controller since 1984. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Stanadyne from 1988 to October 1990. Mr. Carbonari served as the President of Moen from 1990 to 1997, becoming the Chief Executive Officer in 1995. In 1998, he transitioned to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Moen as he took on additional responsibility as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Kitchen & Bath Group of Fortune Brands Home and Office, Moen's parent company. He is an 18-year veteran of the Fortune Brands leadership team. He has been Chairman of Fortune Brands Inc. since September 2008. Mr. Carbonari serves as Chairman of the Board and Director of Moen Incorporated. He has been a Director of Fortune Brands Inc. since August 21, 2007. He has been an Independent Director of RPM International Inc. since October 11, 2002. Mr. Carbonari serves as Vice Chairman of the policy advisory board for the Joint Center for Housing Studies at Harvard University. He served as Member of the Advisory Board of Tanner & Haley Destination Clubs. He was inducted into the Moen Hall of Fame in 2005. He is an active member of the Young President' Organization (YPO) - Cleveland Chapter, various industry associations and serves on the Boards of RPM Inc., Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Kichler Lighting and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. He earned his C.P.A.
