He served as Vice President of North America at Monsanto from June 2000 to June 18, 2003. He was responsible for Monsanto's North and Central American businesses with a focus on executing the post-patent strategy for Roundup herbicide in the United States, and driving growth in the seeds, traits and animal agriculture businesses. Mr. Casale began his career with Monsanto as a sales representative in 1984.
