His coauthored The One Minute Manager library includes The One Minute Manager (1982), Putting the One Minute Manager to Work (1984), The One Minute Manager Meets the Monkey (1989), and The One Minute Manager Builds High Performing Teams (1990), and The One Minute Entrepreneur, co-authored with Don Hutson. His newest book, released in May 2009 is Who Killed Change? Solving the Mystery of Leading People Through Change. Blanchard is Chairman of The Ken Blanchard Companies, a full-service management consulting and training company that he founded in 1979 with his wife, Marjorie.
