Q: What are the costs associated with booking a sports celebrity?
A: Sports celebrity fees typically start at $5,000 and go up from there. In most cases all expenses are in addition to the fee. Additional expenses can include first class airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, and any out-of-pocket expenses. International travel may carry an incremental increase in cost. The range of our sports celebrities are as low as $5,000 to well-over $100,000. Sports celebrity fees are determined based on a number of factors, including the type of group (corporate, non-profit, educational, religious-based, etc.), the time commitment, required travel, and may change without notice. Q: How do I find out which sports personality is best suited for my company’s needs?

Q: Who makes the celebrity’s travel arrangements?
A: This is all up to you. Most of the time, we make the travel arrangement such as flights, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations, being that most of the time we know their travel preference.
Q: How much time before the event can an athlete and speaker by contracted?
A: Celebrities may be contracted as far in advance as one year. There are no specific time guidelines on this, if the date is plausible and the celebrity is available and willing to make an appearance on the date. AthletePromotions has contracted sports talent as close in to an event as a week or less.
Q: What is the deposit for a celebrity athlete appearance?
A: Normally, half deposit (payment) is due upon signing contract, and the final payment is due prior (normally a week before) the event.
Q: What is a Firm Offer?
A: A firm offer is sent to the buyer so the agent can get the offer approved with the celebrity talent. It is also helpful for the seller's agent because they have all terms in writing and can submit it without all the "what if’s" surrounding oral offers.
Q: What kind of events do you provide sports celebrities for?
A: Corporate appearances, motivational speaking engagements, celebrity golf tournaments, autograph signings, VIP meet and greets, private functions, awards banquets, satellite media tours, company spokesperson, sports camps and more.
Q: What happens in the case that the contracted sports celebrity is unable to attend my event due to an accident, illness or travel difficulties?
