Known for his strength across all three disciplines and one of the few true all-around triathletes, Reed excels at both drafting and non-drafting formats, Matt has won international titles such as the USA Olympic Trials, USA Nationals, Escape from Alcatraz, St. Anthony's, French Irontour, World Aquathon Championships and World Teams Title.

2009 brings renewed focus for the 2008 Olympian as Reed will look to compete in the 2009 Toyota Cup Series and the ITU Super Series. He will also highlight his season with defending his 2008 St Anthony's title and the other top USA non-drafting events.
