A Celebrity Booking Agency

Lee Corso Speaking FeeSports broadcaster and football analyst for ESPN Lee Corso was the keynote speaker at the Gala & Golf Event on Thursday, June 4 at the Embassy Suites at the La Vista Conference Center which benefited CHI Health projects. It was a rare event and a big deal since Corso has not been speaking much at functions after his stroke back in 2009. The 79 year old made this exception and was very happy to do so, and the audience was glad that they got a chance to hear about some of his experiences coaching and wisdom of the sport.

The New Jersey native has spent most of his life involved with football, as he was a quarterback for Florida State between the years of 1953-1957. After graduating from the university, he went straight into coaching at Florida State instead of going for the pros. In 1959 he went on to work at Maryland for a few years, and spent the next almost three decades bouncing between a few institutions. Immediately after retirement he went to television sports broadcasting shows, charity work, and is an honorary chairman of Coaches Curing Kids’ Cancer.

He was the main speaker at the CHI Health projects benefit banquet earlier this month, and especially if he won’t be doing another talk for a long time, it was an extra special treat that people got to listen to one of the most experienced college coaches in the United States.
