A Celebrity Booking Agency

Andre ReedBuffalo Bills legend Andre Reed was the keynote speaker for the 8th Annual Boys & Girls Club of Moultrie-Colquitt County Founders Banquet that happened on May 23rd. It was Reed’s first time in the southwest Georgia region and he was very thankful and gracious for the opportunity to attend this function. His main message to the adults in the room was to stay engaged with the local youth, as it will help shape them for the better and make great impact on their lives. Reed also shared some of the highlights of his life, including his recent induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in the year 2014.

The Allentown, Pennsylvania native started playing football while attending Dieruff High School and helped the team go to the EPC tri-championship. He ended up attending Kutztown University of Pennsylvania where he got national attention for his abilities in speed and durability, and eventually entered the 1985 NFL Draft where he was selected in the 4th round by Buffalo Bills. Reed stayed with the team for eight years before doing two brief terms with the Denver Broncos and Washington Redskins just prior to his retirement in 2000. Afterwards, the 7-time Pro Bowl athlete appeared on a few sports-related TV shows such as ESPN2’s “First Take” and served as an analyst on NFL on Fox.

Reed recently traveled to Georgia earlier this month to be the keynote speaker for the 8th Annual Boys & Girls Club of Moultrie-Colquitt County Founders Banquet. It was a huge success, and football fans from all around the area were pleased to hear from one of the sport’s greatest retired players.
