A Celebrity Booking Agency

Former NFL coach Sam Wyche visited the North Augusta Chamber of Commerce’s Power Lunch to give a talk to the audience about the importance of organ donation. The event happened on Wednesday, May 24th, and Wyche compared the parallels between football and the workforce, as well as the skills that translate between the two. The three points that he emphasized included studying, preparing for life, and being loyal to those who are important to you. In addition to that, Wyche made it clear that it is just as important to fill your environment with others who are going to return that loyalty to you as well.

Before he became a coach, Wyche was a quarterback for Furman College from 1963 to 1965, and after he graduated with his Bachelor of Arts in Business he went on to play for the NFL for 10 years with the Wheeling Ironmen, Cincinnati Bengals, Washington Redskins and the St. Louis Cardinals. In 1979 he transitioned into coaching professional football for teams such as the San Francisco 49ers, Cincinnati Bengals, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. In addition to that, Wyche spends his free time playing tennis, golfing, and flying private planes as he has had a license for years.

Wyche recently spoke at the North Augusta Chamber of Commerce’s Power Lunch on May 24th, and it was a great opportunity for him to spread the word on some critical issues as well as connect with a few of his fans.
