Devon Still Appearance FeeFormer NFL player Devon Still was the guest star at the home opening game between the Syracuse Crunch and Binghamton on October 17th in Syracuse. The player was there to sign autographs for free, but there were also VIP packages available that included tickets to the game, finger food, and a chance to meet and greet with Still in a certain area for 45 minutes before the game kicked off. It was a great event and it was also obvious that Still truly cares about his fans, and appreciated the support they gave him during his trouble times with her daughter Leah who just recovered from her battle with pediatric cancer.

The Camden, New Jersey native was a star football player on his high school team which gave him a great opportunity to play for his college, Penn State, under the late coach Joe Paterno. In 2011 alone he was named the Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year, Big Ten Defensive Lineman of the Year, and a part of the First Team All-Big Ten roster. In 2012 Still entered the NFL Draft and was selected by the Cincinnati Bengals in the second round, but only played two seasons before being cut from the starting team. His daughter had been diagnosed with cancer and he was recovering from a leg injury, so the Bengals kept him on their practice squad so that he could benefit from the insurance policy. As of 2015, Still is currently a free agent.

Still was the guest star earlier this month at the first home game for the Syracuse Crunch, and it was an extra special event for the people who got to meet him and get his autograph for no cost at all.
