Donovan McNabb Speaking EngagementsDonovan McNabb gave Eagles fans many memories on the field during his time in Philadelphia. Now it’s time he embarks on a new chapter of his life. This time in the broadcast booth with the NFL Network.

McNabb’s rep, Mark Lepselter who confirms McNabb has officially signed on, added, “He is going to be a part of their ‘Playbook’ show, as well as other platforms on the network.” The Playbook Show also features Sterling Sharpe and Brian Baldinger and airs its NFC editions at 8 p.m. Fridays, with its AFC edition following at 9 p.m. McNabb will tape the show in both New Jersey and Los Angeles.

McNabb led the Philadelphia Eagles to four consecutive NFC East division championships (2001, 2002, 2003, and 2004), five NFC Championship Games (2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2008), and one Super Bowl (Super Bowl XXXIX, in which the Eagles were defeated by the New England Patriots).

He was one of the most efficient passers in NFL history with a 234-117 touchdown to interception ratio. He also gained 3,459 yards on the ground. Now the broadcast booth will be his new stomping grounds. Now that he’s retired expect to see Donovan making more appearances, speaking engagements, autograph signings and VIP Meet & Greets.
