Olympic gold medalist Simone Biles made an appearance at the Cleveland Cavaliers game on Saturday, December 10th during the halftime show, She had the job of tossing out T-shirts to the mass group of fans in the crowd, and it was a very well received notion for sure. Biles has gained a lot of popularity for her extreme talent in gymnastics over the last summer Olympics, so it was an extra bit of excitement to have her in person at the Cavs game earlier this month.
The Columbus, Ohio native was raised by her grandparents and recently graduated her home school high school program in 2015 with plans to attend UCLA. However, once she made the Team USA gymnastics team he opted to defer her education until after the Olympics were over in the summer of 2016. Biles began her gymnast career at the age of 14 in 2011 and began to enter in competitions all over the world. At the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics she took home four gold medals and one bronze, which is a great accomplishment for someone her age.
Biles recently appeared at a Cleveland Cavaliers game in early December to help throw T-shirts out to fans watching from the stands. There was a lot of energy in the audience and it was an extra special treat to see the star there.
