Legendary NFL quarterback Peyton Manning has been announced as a keynote speaker for this summer’s NRF Protect 2017 that’s happening on June 26-28 in Washington D.C. The event theme is to educate thousands of attendees on how to identify and create solutions for industry security challenges and explore the latest top-notch technologies. Manning is set to take the stage at 1:00 p.m. and will take part in a session titled “The Goalposts of Leadership are shifting: Are You?”, and he will be discussing how he managed to combat the several epic “battles” under immense pressure in the NFL while trying to balance his personal and social success with the team. It should be a thrilling speech and anyone at the NRF Protect should definitely make time to be there.
The 14-time Pro Bowl champion was born in New Orleans and is the son of former professional NFL player, Archie Manning. His brother Eli is also a professional football player for the New York Giants, so it is needless to say that the talent runs in their family. Manning was first recognized for his abilities when he played the sport for the University of Tennessee, and he was the number one overall pick in the 1998 NFL draft where he was selected by the Indianapolis Colts. After 13 years with the team, he was traded to the Denver Broncos where he still continues to excel.
Manning is going to be one of the keynote speakers for this year’s NRF Protect in Washington D.C., where he will talk about how he was able to get the respect of his teammates in the NFL and maintain successes on the field.
