Tobias Harris Celebrity GameOrlando Magic’s Tobias Harris took part in Bobby Maze Celebrity Weekend, which included golf, basketball game, dunk & three point contest this weekend in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Maze, who started two seasons at point guard for Tennessee (2008-10), organized the BMaze Celebrity Game at Hardin Valley Academy in honor of Jamar Board, his cousin who died Dec. 29, 2012.

“It’s for a good cause, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Jamar Board, the Silent Assassin,” said Phoenix Suns forward Michael Beasley, one of Board’s friends. “We all grew up with him, so we made it our business to come down here.”

If hoops doesn’t work out, party planning may be in Bobby Maze’s future. The former Vol brought out all sorts of NBA and local stars at his celebrity basketball game, including Bobby Maze, Michael Beasley, Josh Selby and Tobias Harris.

Several former Vols also showed up to watch the game at Hardin Valley Academy. Former UT safety Eric Berry and current UT Head Basketball Coach Cuonzo Martin judged the slam dunk contest.

Former Vols Tobias Harris and Chris Lofton competed against each other in the three-point competition, and Tobias came away with the win. He donated the $500 winning check to the Boys and Girls Club of East Tennessee.
